Piere Paukovitsch is the CEO and founder of PixelLab Network. He has been active on YouTube since 2009 and has gathered experience in various executive positions across multiple YouTube networks. Because of his expertise and his contacts he decided to found his own multi-channel network in 2014. He is responsible for the overarching strategy that drives PixelLab Networks expansion and is in close contact with YouTube.
Thomas Rechberger
CEO/Shareholder
Thomas Rechberger is the second Chief Executive Officer of PixelLab Network. He joined the company in 2015 and, together with Piere Paukovitsch, took it to the next level. He is available for his partners 24/7 and puts great emphasis on the establishment and maintenance of personal contacts.
Furthermore he is responsible for the day-to-day operations and the coordination of the PixelLab team. A quote that summarizes his work ethic is “Don't find fault, find a remedy.” (Henry Ford).

Phillip Jandrasits is an incredibly creative mind and never ceases to amaze the team with new and innovative ideas. He manages our relations with our sponsors and works tirelessly to offer interesting sponsorship deals to our partners. Furthermore, he is responsible for our website and our social media presence.
He has become an indispensable part of PixelLab Network.
Connor Pum
Label Manager
Connor Pum is more than just an employee of PixelLab Network. He is a passionate musician and carries that into every aspect of his life. His experience and contacts in the music industry make him the perfect fit for the role of the music manager. As he is a musician himself he knows exactly how our network can best support artists and he does so with great dedication.
He has become an enrichment for the team and is planning on continuing his musical career in addition to his work at PixelLab Network.
